Tuscan Ballroom About Us - Outdoor Wedding Sites, Reception Venues and catering Near Kansas City

Just 25 minutes from the Kansas City airport, and overlooking stunning views of the Liberty Hills Golf course, our banquet facility can host weddings, wedding receptions, and private parties. Situated on five acres at the highest point in Clay County, The Tuscan Ballroom features large white columns, a circular drive, an outdoor gazebo and relaxing green spaces. The main entrance opens up into a large foyer prepared to greet and sign in guests. Directly off the foyer is a newly remodeled full-service beverage bar. The main floor accommodates up to 275 guests. (150 guest minimum on Saturday nights) This space includes tables, chairs, standard white linens and table skirts, dishware and cutlery, wedding cake table, gift table, and dance floor. Also included in the Ballroom rental package is access to the outdoor patio that overlooks the golf course. It’s an idyllic spot to relax with family and friends, while enjoying beverages or appetizers while the sun goes down and the stars come out.

Served buffet style, our guests may choose from five distinct menus. Plated dinners are available for 50 guests or less. For specialized events, contact our Executive Chef, Mr. B. He will design a menu that best fits your needs. Whether you are booking a wedding reception, private party, rehearsal dinner or corporate event, our culinary staff will be available to answer questions and help you with your food selections

The Tuscan Ballroom has venues for outdoor weddings. Our most popular spot is our Gazebo. We also have plenty of room for an outdoor wedding tent. For a guest list of 150 or less, the Vineyard room can be transformed into an indoor wedding chapel.

Privately situated on the third floor, the bridal dressing room suite provides a foyer for photo shoots and a fully furnished suite complete with a fireplace. Also included is a separate bathroom and dressing room for the bride and her attendants. Designed to have everything a bride needs to get ready for the most important day of her life, The Bridal Dressing Room and Suite is offered to our guests free of charge if they book a wedding and reception with us. The Tuscany Lounge is newly remodeled and offers both house wines and boutique wines. Also on hand are Premium liquor and a wide selection of beers. Don't forget to toast the bride and groom with champagne!
